In Studio Classes
To reserve your spot in Studio, please book ahead, as space is limited. Click “Book Now” on the schedule below. You will receive a confirmation and welcome email, please arrive early to get comfortable and set up before class begins on time.

Zoom Classes
To book a Live in Zoom class, click “Book Now” on the schedule below. You will receive a confirmation email with the link to your Zoom class. The teacher will send another welcome email with the link a few minutes before class. Have your device set up so you can easily see and hear the instructor. See our How-To page for detailed instructions.

On Demand Videos
You can book any upcoming online class then receive the recording about an hour after class in you email. If you do not receive the recording soon please reach out to us, we will respond as soon as possible! You may also request certain videos by any teacher or style or topic! Simply reach out to dana; she is happy to help you get exactly what you need.
