Edit Core and Restore!

Everyday have a chance to restart, renew, or redesign our experience. Give yourself a new start  on Wednesdays with this unique blend of challenge and rest. Dana will guide you through poses to strengthen your core and back muscles at just the right pace to allow you to work to your own edge and at the level you need. Then we enjoy a deliscious restorative sequence to aide in recovery and deep relaxation. This class is for anyone wanting to feel stronger and more relaxed, no previous experience or ability necessary!

Evening Power Vinyasa

This 60-minute class is suitable for all levels. However, if you’re new to class, we suggest you arrive early for an introduction. Power vinyasa is a dynamic class that links breath to movement – building strength, flexibility, and balance in body + mind. It is different than other forms of yoga in that it is a high-energy, strength-building, music-filled vinyasa flow class. While it maintains the central principles of ancient yoga including strengthening, stretching, and opening, power yoga goes well beyond the static, traditional postures of yoga and is designed to empower you. This is a dynamic and vigorous movement class. 

Glow with the Flow

In this class, you are invited to release, revive and renew. We will flow through a balanced mix of lively and replenishing asanas, aided with intentional breath. Whether we’re firing up our warrior poses or melting into deep folds, strengthening and lengthening go hand-in-hand in this slow-flow practice. So, in the spirit of discovery, well-being and harmony, I can’t wait to meet you on the mat where we’ll glow with the flow!

Happy Hour Yoga

“Join us for Happy Hour Yoga, every Thursday night at 6pm! This power vinyasa flow is a dynamic class choreographed with fun music designed to move your body and help you release the stressful day. Treat yourself to a designated 75 minutes of movement and breath-work to help you strengthen your body, relax your mind, and boost your spirit! “You’ll build both strength, focus, and flexibility and leave feeling in tune with your body and refreshed for a great night’s sleep!  All levels are welcome!

Love of Vinyasa

A fun, creative and challenging Vinyasa class with fun and inspiring music! Love the flow of Vinyasa and how it makes you feel! This class will help you connect with your breath in a moving meditation and give you a chance to simply get out of your heads and into your body! Vinyasa yoga connects one posture to the other using the breath. The term Vinyasa is derived from nyasa, meaning “in place”, and vi, meaning “in a special way”. This indicates that we are not “throwing our bodies around” but are bringing consciousness to each movement in each moment.

Simply Bliss!

If you are wanting a great work out with fun music and high energy this is the class for you! Flowing sequences to challenge your endurance, plus poses for strengthening and centering with emphasis on core power! Special attention on Self awareness and making that body-mind connection all while challenging yourself to build strength, stamina and confidence! Always taught with a focus on healthy alignment. ALL LEVELS WELCOME!                     

Yoga Foundations

Beginners encouraged! ALL LEVELS welcome
Learn the fundamentals of Yoga! Find a deeper meaning, applications, healthy alignment, and true benefits of yoga. Dana gently guides you into the asanas (poses), breathing techniques, and healthy alignment with compassion and wisdom. This class will help anyone build strength, stamina, and confidence! Feel awakened in your body, mind, and spirit!

Slow Flow

Slow and Steady Wins the Race-This is the mantra for this meditative movement class. Flow through the classical Hatha Yoga postures with more time in each asana (pose) to focus on the breath, while exploring alignment and muscular engagement. Sequences will range from gentle to challenging and variations will be offered for moderating or intensifying the postures. This is a great class for the beginner to vinyasa yoga, or for the more seasoned yogi looking to deepen their practice.

“Community” Classes

Community ‘Pay by Donation’ class: FREE and open to all! Please give what you can to the instructor. This class is offered in gratitude for our community to enjoy our classes at little or no cost, for those who are in need. If you are able to give more, your contribution goes to support these ‘Free” classes, your community, and our teachers. We appreciate your support, and we love to give back!
