Morning Yoga with Colleen
Start your week with self-care, mindful movement, breath and intention. Colleen will guide you through an energetic, fun yoga class that will help you to find your inner strength, increase mobility and self awareness and (most importantly) feel at home in your body.
Drawing upon 20 years of teaching yoga, and training in yoga therapeutics and somatic therapy—Colleen specializes in trauma informed yoga and somatic awareness. She loves helping people gain confidence with movement and to feel more at ease in their daily lives.
Beginners Hatha Yoga
This class is for everyone, whether you are a beginner or have been practicing for years. Anyone can benefit from getting back to basics. In a gentle and warm atmosphere learn fundamentals of poses, yogic breathing techniques and alignment. Build strength, stamina and confidence.
Hatha Yoga asanas offered in a gentle and welcoming atmosphere. Learn the fundamentals of all of the common poses, breathing techniques and proper alignment. Special attention on self-awareness and making that body/mind connection all while challenging yourself to build strength, stamina and confidence. All levels welcome!
Evening Tonic Vinyasa
The aim of this class is to hold a safe space for you to find your edge, to gently feel the ease and discomfort in each pose, to focus on your breath, and the sensations in your body. Modifications will be provided to make your
practice more easeful or take it up a notch. You’ll build both strength and focus through our relationship to gravity, ujjayi breath, micro movements and working with the fascia. You’ll leave feeling in tune with your body and refreshed for days to come. We will end with counter poses and a long savasana to ensure deep rest. Challenging – All levels welcome!
Happy Yoga w/Dana
This is a Private class. A one-hour class designed specifically for young women who are wanting to learn the physical and philosophical aspects of yoga with a focus on tools for anxiety relief and for becoming comfortable in their own bodies. Taught in a safe, accepting and affirming atmosphere. Please contact Dana Oneto to sign up. *Sliding scale payment offered. If you can’t afford the minimum sliding scale please let Dana know so she can work something out. Class cost is accessible to all.
Love of Vinyasa Flow
Connect breath with movement and tap into your power during this power vinyasa practice! A fun, creative and challenging Vinyasa class! Love the flow of Vinyasa and how it will make you feel! This class will help you connect with your breath in a moving meditation and give you a chance to simply get out of your heads and into your body! All levels welcome!
Tools for Life
Join Tracey Wright for a 2-hour workshop in a 5-class series. Pre-registration required! In a small intimate group, you will be guided step-by-step through practices and techniques, which empower you to break free from old patterns and be more present in your life. This is a wonderful opportunity to gather with other like-minded people and explore a depth of being with your self and with others. Learn how to repair your past and shed a new light on your future by changing the way you are right now!
Yin Yoga
If you’ve always been curious about Yin yoga or a style of yoga suited to people over 50, whose joints are starting to ache, who know they need to do something but aren’t wanting a fast paced class. Learn the difference between a flow yoga class and Yin yoga. Explore proper breathing techniques, and heal your lungs. Learn to turn off the noise in your head and tune into your heart.
